On April 5, 2018, YBhg. Dato’ Seri Mohd Khairi Bin Dato’ Mat Jahya, Chairman of the Mohd Khairi Foundation (YMK), attended the ceremony to receive his Letter of Appointment as a member of the Affiliate Committee of the Bankruptcy-Free Secretariat 2.0, which was presented by YB Dato’ Sri Azalina Othman, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department, during the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Signing Ceremony between the Malaysian Insolvency Department and the Corruption-Free Secretariat 2.0. Also present at the ceremony was YBhg. Dato’ Sohaimi Shahadan, Chairman of the Bankruptcy-Free Secretariat 2.0.
