RAMADAN CONTRIBUTION CARE PROGRAM 1447H
Ramadan Contribution Care Program 1447H: ‘Ramadan Care, Without Borders’ was implemented in Banten Province, Indonesia, from February 26 to March 2, 2026.
The program involved a total of 15 volunteers from Malaysia and 20 volunteers from Indonesia who joined hands to make various charitable missions a success throughout the month of Ramadan.
Throughout the implementation of the program, more than 1,500 beneficiaries received aid through various community initiatives. Among the main activities carried out were the distribution of sembako (basic essential goods), zakat assistance, community outreach, the gifting of festive attire (pakaian raya) to children, iftar gatherings with the local community, as well as visits to remote areas facing economic hardships to deliver aid directly to those in need.
This program not only strengthened the spirit of cross-border volunteerism, but also served as a platform to reinforce humanitarian ties and instill a sense of care for communities in need. The results of the program’s implementation also identified several aspects that can be improved in the future, including community needs assessments, aid distribution systems, and logistics management to ensure more effective and well-organized delivery of assistance.
